WHO WE ARE
Pumped Hydro Storage was started by concerned enthusiasts with extensive experience in the area of renewable energy. Our vision is to use facilities that have a negative environmental impact and introduce them into the energy cycle to produce cost-effective and renewable energy. We are a growing company with employees who share passion for one thing – innovative technology for a sustainable future. Our vision is to be able to be part of the future energy mix and contribute to a solution for the world’s problems regarding large-scale energy storage. Based on this foundation, Pumped Hydro Storage began operation in 2017. We had an idea of how this could be solved by utilizing so-called pump power plants and new technology. Mines are an example of how hydropower can be stored, developed and projected without major impact on the environment.
